Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released the official notification for IOCL WR Apprentice Recruitment 2026. Under this recruitment, candidates will be selected for the posts of Technician, Graduate & Trade Apprentices (Technical and Non – Technical) at its Locations in States of India (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, UT of Daman & Diu, UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli). Interested and eligible candidates can submit their application form before the last date, 04/11/2026.

Class 12th pass (below graduate) + Domestic Data Entry Operator Skill Certificate for training of less than one year, issued by an NSQF-recognized awarding body or another Central Government-recognized authority.
Diploma (Codes 101–106) and Graduation (Code 112): 50% aggregate marks for General, EWS and OBC-NCL candidates; 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates against reserved positions.
Data Entry Operator – Fresher (Code 113): 50% aggregate marks for General, EWS and OBC-NCL candidates; 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates against reserved positions.
Codes 107–111: Matriculation and the specified 2-year ITI qualification recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
Code 114: Class 12th qualification plus the specified skill certificate.
For Graduate and Technician disciplines, only those applicants who have acquired the prescribed qualification between 01.04.2023 and 30.09.2026 SHALL BE CONSIDERED ELIGIBLE
For Trade Apprentices (ITI/Data Entry Operator) only those applicants who have acquired the prescribed qualification between 01.04.2022 and 30.09.2026 SHALL BE CONSIDERED ELIGIBLE
